Meet the Doctor
Dr. Zelda E. Billingy
Dr. Billingy, Medical Director of Varicose Vein Laser Center, is a graduate of Loma Linda University and a Board Certified Gynecological Surgeon who has practiced in women’s health care for over 20 years. Although an accomplished surgeon, she has done extensive research into non-surgical minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Billingy has served as a consulting expert on women’s health care issues, has had her own radio show and appeared on numerous television shows in the greater Los Angeles area. Dr. Billingy and Varicose Vein Laser Center serves as a training center for other physicians.
Dr. Billingy began extensive reseach into the treatment of varicose veins after years of treating pregnant and non-pregnant women with leg pain and painful varicose veins.
